In the China's first nationwide water resources survey, as one of the major providers in our country for water conservancy informatization solutions, the Company undertook the research and development of the software for collection and processing of the spatial data from 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions like Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, etc..
With the construction of water conservancy informatization achievement database and the construction of water information base application platform as the core, the mobile GIS technology was applied to the water conservancy informationization in the solution, forming a complete water conservancy informatization system based on a data link ranging from data acquisition, processing and database establishment to integrated application.
1. One platform plus four systems: This solution covers "one platform” - basic water information platform, and "four systems" – river levee patrol supervision system, sluice gate station automation control system, polder area engineering management system, and flood control engineering supervision system.
2, vertical and horizontal multilevel linkage: Establish water conservancy information exchange system and multilevel linkage to realize the integration of information resources and achieve the information sharing longitudinally between provinces, cities and counties, and transversely between regions and departments, so as to promote the increase in the effectiveness, benefit and efficiency of water resources management.


The solution is combined closely with the operation requirements and characteristics of water conservancy departments and based on a variety of advanced technology nowadays to build a water conservancy informatization solution ad provide services for water resources planning, engineering, river-way, water-related affairs, agriculture-purposed water as well as various other kinds of comprehensive business transaction management and auxiliary decision-making analysis.
